Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Adamans display box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Adamans
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
